Terms of service

These draft terms describe the intended product rules and must be reviewed by counsel before production launch.

Service

RelayGraph provides link-lineage and conversion-attribution software. Results depend on destination integration, browser behavior, platform referrer policies, and customer-supplied conversion events.

Acceptable use

You must use RelayGraph only on properties you control or are authorized to measure. You may not use it for unlawful surveillance, stalking, discrimination, sensitive-person profiling, deanonymization, credential collection, or attempts to access private communications.

Accounts and billing

The Free plan includes 100 qualified visits each month. The Founding Customer offer includes 25,000 qualified visits each month for $99 USD per month and is limited to the first 25 accepted customers. The price remains locked while the subscription stays continuously active. Taxes may apply.

Limits

When a workspace reaches its monthly allowance, destination links continue to work but RelayGraph may pause the creation of new graph nodes until the allowance resets or the plan changes.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your privacy notices, consent configuration, campaign content, destination security, conversion data, and compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.

Contact and governing law

Before production launch, replace this section with the operating entity, support contact, governing law, liability terms, dispute process, and required consumer-law language.
