Privacy policy
RelayGraph measures link lineage. It is not designed to read private messages or identify private individuals.
What we process
We process account details, workspace settings, campaign destinations, opaque link tokens, qualified visit events, browser-provided referrers, user agents, conversion events, and billing identifiers. Customer sites decide which conversion values to send.
What we do not collect
RelayGraph does not access message contents, contact lists, private social accounts, phone numbers from messaging services, or platform direct messages. Anonymous graph nodes represent browser visits, not verified people.
Purpose and retention
We use this data to provide attribution, prevent abuse, maintain security, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Free workspaces retain graph data for 30 days; Founding Customer workspaces retain it for 12 months. Billing and security records may be retained where legally required.
Public-source evidence
A browser may provide a public referrer. When it contains a public post or account URL, RelayGraph can display it as evidence. When a platform strips that information, RelayGraph does not reconstruct or guess it.
Your choices
Workspace owners can export account data or delete their account from Settings. Site operators remain responsible for their notices, consent choices, and lawful use of RelayGraph on their properties.
